at Wondewall Hair Co. we have policies in place to insure a happy hair home for our wonders and clientele.

Reservation Policy 

we are elated to reserve time for all current and new clients to come in to Wonderwall for their future hair experience. with the small requirement that upon booking an appointment a credit card is to be placed on file to hold your appointment. you card will not be charged unless there is a conflict with our 

cancellation policy 

Cancellation &
No Show Policy 

in order to ensure a respect for your hair artists time, we require 48 hour notice to cancel or change your appointment via phone call. if cancellation is within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of services booked. 

if you NO SHOW for your appointment you will be charged 100% of services booked

 

Late Policy 

at Wonderwall we understand that things happen that could have you arriving past your appointment time. in order to ensure the respect of your time and your hair artists time we allow a 10 minute grace period to arrive and still receive your scheduled appointments. if you arrive past our 10 minute grace period we will need to reschedule your appointment and consult our cancellation policy for your missed appointment.

Etiquette Policy 

to establish a safe space for all of our clients we have a few requests 

- to insure a neutral hair space we ask that you refrain from speaking on controversial topics that may offend your artist or other clients in our space  

 

- we ask that you please leave your children and pets at home when you come in out of respect for your artist and others clients in our space
